i am vomiting and have diarrhea. could it stress and nerves
i am vomiting and have diarrhea. I also have ulcers and kidney stones also gastrointestinal problems. Could it be also stress. And also i have not had my efexzer in a week. Could any of these be my problem

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the stress but it could be due to dyspepsia and it may not needs any treatment but care need to be taken for dehydration, it may be allergic condition due to food stress can cause the nausea but diarrhea and vomiting is very less likely this information helps.
