How To Treat Diarrhea,vomiting And Head Spinning With History Of Kidney Transplant And On BP Medication?
Woke up ok. Then about 3 hours later.my head started spinning. I lay fiwn with eyes dhut. My head stilk spins. I openy eyes anx the room still spins. I diareare. Then vomit. Im in bed now and the room stil spins. And i feel tertible. I have had a kidny transpkant 4 years ago. Am on blood pressure tablets also

Vomiting can be associated with this although diarrhea can not be associated.
You really need to rush to ER may be get admission in the hospital for observation and treatment. Since you have a kidney transplant I would advise you against any self-medication.
