How To Treat Fever In A 2 Years Old Child?

I have a 2yr old daughter. She is running a low-grade fever (99.9), not eating, not wanting to play, and tells me she doesn't feel good. She is normally VERY sassy and full of energy. She is also complaining of a headache. Should I seek immediate medical attention or can this wait until Monday?
