General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Having fever, headache, rash and vomiting are due to viral infection. It might take some time to get improvement.

The white tongue might be related to;
- getting dehydrated due to fever
- fungal infection if antibiotics are used

I advise to keep a good oral hygiene:
- do gargle with water and salt
- take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and honey on daily basis

If no improvement, should contact ENT specialist for further evaluation.
Wish fast recovery!
