Hello,

As you are 45 and swelling of the leg is often present I will advise to get the kidney assessment done and also check for varicose veins issue.

As there is reduced venous return I will advise getting involved in an exercise which can help improve the venous return and improve the overall well being.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
