Hi,

As you said you have acne vulgeris. And it is exacerbated after menstruation. Acne is a multifactorial disease. There may be genetic tendency. Stress, anxiety, tension, oily food, sun exposure, travelling,sleeplessness..etc may exacerbate the disease. Take minocycline 50 mg daily in morning. Take vitamin C 500 mg daily at night. Apply clindamycine gel at night on lesions. Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash. Avoid oily food. Be relaxed. You may become alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
