Hi, my 83 year old mother, who has been on dyalisis nearly 5 years had a mini stroke while hospitalized with high bs and bp. She could not walk due to extremely weakened legs. Mom was placed in a rehab nursing home today, and she is not being taken care of. Thehospital placed her, can I place her elsewhere.

Also you should consult Gerontologist along with Neurologist and Cardiologist, Gerontologist are expert in the field of elderly care.
