How To Treat Intermittent Diarrhea And Constipation For A Prolonged Time In A Child?

My son has had intermittent diarrhea and constipation for several weeks. He is also intermittently warm to the touch. Stool sample tests were all negative but he continues with the issues. His most recent symptom is projectile vomiting, but it is odorless. He is 12 years old.
