Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 2 year old has brown bruises on legs. We thought it was from banging his legs but it will not go away. This nmorning we woke up says his legs hurt. Other symptoms that may or may not be related is he scratches his head alot. (pos exzam-?) His cheeks were rosey the last two days too. But other than that seems OK.
It is important consulting with his pediatrician for a physical exam and some blood lab tests:
- Complete blood count
- Coagulation tests
- Kidney and liver function tests
You should discuss with his doctor on the above issues.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
