How To Treat My Severe Coccyx Pain?

I have severe coccyx pain for about 2 weeks now. I have Crohn s Disease but I m in remission. I ve been on Imuran for about a month now. I haven t fallen nor have I done anything to yield this pain. It s pretty severe. I can t lay down, sit down, or bend over.

Well come to HCM
There is special cushion made for coccyx pain and in my opinion you need to get this cushion for sitting purpose to reduce the pain and in medicine Tab Diclofenac 50m sustain release once in day would be fine, take care
