Hi ,
You have given incomple history (missed any trauma , age , intensity , type , radiation ....). As Your child's dislocation there may be some injury at spine , or nearby structure . As after 3 months from relocated shoulder dislocation there is no symptom at upper limb and shoulder but symptomatic at cervical spine region . So your son needs a thorough examination and accordingly investigated including X-ray n MRI and diagnosed to treat him .
So in my opinion avoid him lifting weight through upper limb and upon head , avoid neck movement , warm compression , give analgesic (NSAID) ,PPI, Muscle relaxant n vitamin according to his age, do regular physiotherapy . Visit orthopaedic clinic if symptom aggravates/ radicular symptom develops immediately or does not relieve even after 1 week .

Hope this ll help .

Thanks n regards
