How To Treat Pain In Foot After Falling On Concrete?

I took a fall today onto some concrete steps. I have a really bad pain on top of my left foot, raidiating down the outside of my foot to the very bottom. I can t put weight on it. I have had an xray that indicates there are no broken bones. This is exact place I broke my foot years ago, This is extremely painful Can the xray or interpretation of the xray possibly be wrong? I am 58 yrs. old. I have an air cast.

Some time very thin fracture can get missed on x ray. If there is severe pain then I would suggest you to get repeat x ray. If still there is no fracture then you should continue this cast. Also take analgesic and calcium tablet. I hope every thing will be fine in three weeks.
