How To Treat Pain, Pins And Needle Like Feeling Along With Numbness In Both Arms When Chiropractor Help Is Of No Avail?

Hello Doctor Grief, I have a friend that has terrible pain, pins and needles, and numbness in both hands and both feet. He's been to a chiropractor for numerous adjustments and spinal compressions to no avail. His spine is fine and free of bone spurs and compressed discs. He does not diabetes. What do recommend...cold lasers, etc.?

Hello,
Thanks for your query.

Beside chiropractor help some medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will help, you can take them consulting your treating doctor.
Some life style modifications for you – Take break every 40 min from computer and do some neck rotation, stretches, walk and get back to work. Sit with taking support to your neck, do not use thick pillow in bed.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
