How To Treat Penile Puss And Bleeding Following A Wound After Circumcision?

Hi, Sir!
My concern is with regards to my son's post circumcision condition. He was circumcised on the 17th of December 2013 and i was living up to being the most attentive and dedicated mother, cleansing and dressing his wounds. Yesterday night precisely on the 19th at around 9 p.m, my hubby and i were at eased seeing that his stitching had almost dried up until later in the middle of the night, my son accidentally hit his male member hard in his sleep which caused him to yelp and fresh blood began gushing out from the stitched area...Thus i continued to clean and dap this entire morning and am totally worried to still see pus and blood ...I am alone since the day we got him home...nursing him in the day as my husband only comes home at night...
