How To Treat Persistent Toe Pain?

Sir,I am Manas with 5 8 height , 80 kg of body weight and serum uric acid of 7.2 units. I have been suffering from pain under the big toe from 19 th September 11. I took Febustat (80 mg) per day and Zycolchin for a couple of days. The pain has been reduced .But it has got shifted from the top surface to the bottom portion of the the fore sole which is under the big toe. Now I am taking Zyloric (100 mg) thrice daily and the pain still persists.I have heriditary background of uric acid too. It would be of great help if you kindlyu suggect any remedy. Thanking you.
