Hi,

The treatment would depend on the cause of the rashes. Wysolone will not cure them if they are infectious in origin, but will simply reduce the inflammation and the itching. Wysolone has strong side effects and should not be taken for long if not genuinely needed. Avoiding certain food items will help only if the rashes are due to allergy to the said food items, which is not a very likely prospect. In my opinion, you should consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis of the rashes and correct treatment.

Hope this helps you. Best wishes.
