How To Treat Rectal Bleed?

7 days ago i suffered from high fever, dr. prscribe tab mox 500, after 3 days now facing this problem. after stool passed, bleeding come from my rectum, no pain any part of my belly. please suggest medicine, i take venusmin fort twice a daily from today

I really appreciate your concern, the underlying cause of high grade fever is matter of concern and it can be due to infection if it is so then antibiotic can be given if this is the viral fever the antibiotic will not work at all so first thing is to know the underlying cause of fever then and then it can be managed hope this information helps.
