Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Under ideal conditions anticonvulsant are not needed for management of febrile seizures. Control of temperature at the very onset is important.
As the child is on so many anticonvulsant they cannot be discontinued immediately.
Get an EEG done and if it's normal the doses can slowly be reduced.
Take care
