How To Treat Shin Injury?
my daughter was hit with softball to the inside of her shin down near her ankle. swelling has gone down, bruise is turning yellow now, but there is a hard bump that seems to be getting bigger. there is only pain when touched firmly. do you think i should take her to a doctor or can we continue treating at home?
