How To Treat The Pain In Lower Right That Gets Relieved After Urinating?

I am a 57 yr. old female that started getting pain( pressure) in my pelvic area that feels like a pulled muscle and worsens when I lift heavy items. Lately I am waking up with pain in lower right that relieves after urinating. What are some of the things that could cause this?
