Hi,
Since you are diagnosed as
Typhoid and already on a proper treatment of
Levofloxacin the symptoms will settle with time.
The cause of pain may need a clinical evaluation by a Doctor, preferably a
General Surgeon to see whether there is any complication of Typhoid like perforation of small bowel,
adhesion or so on.
IF needed insist for investigations of blood, urine, stool and CT scan of abdomen to see for any such complications to be treated accordingly.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
Take symptomatic treatment with antispasmodic and so on as needed.
Take soft and bland diet only.
Take full
bed rest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon.
