How To Treat Vomiting, Yellow Diarrhea, And Fever In A Toddler?

My 2 1/2 year old was vomiting last Wednesday, (only for 1 day), and since then has had watery/creamy, yellow diarrhea. He has had no fever and is running around like his normal self. He is eating and drinking normally as well. Is this just a virus that I need to let run its course?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
If there is fever and altered color of stool, probably it may be infective diarrhea.
Better get the stool examined and consult doctor if stool report is abnormal.
Other just offer plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
