How Would Consumption Of Multiple Dolo650 And Calpit Pills Affect One S Health?

Dear Doctor,My friend has consumed 10 pills of DOLO650 and 10 pills of CALPIT-MZ . five days ago This was intentional to get attention of his parents. Would this cause any fatal effect to him?? since his consumption vomiting , he is under treatment now.

Hello,

Taking this much high dose is quite dangerous, though it depends on many more factors. Generally, the fatal dose of Dolo is more than 15 tablets but as said it depends on many factors.

It is good that he has been rescued, as these are the first few days that are crucial. So if he is fine now, and his liver functions are not very worse, I am hoping he would get fine.
