I Always Get Heart Palpultations.. Is This Normal?

i do suffer from mild anxiety issues, always just out of the blue, but sometimes when experiencing no anxiety at all , i get bad heart palpulations all throughout the day. My doctor said some people just get it from stress and what not... does anyone else get these.. and does it drive you nuts?

most people get palpitations - they are usually caused from your heart beat which has come too early and there is a compensatory pause after this; it is the pause you feel. The occasional early heart beat is normal but not everyone feels them. Some people are more aware and can feel every single one. If you are worried about it and get palpitations regularly the doctor can refer you to have a small monitor fitted which will record your heart beat over 24 hours to see what your heart is doing while you have your symptoms.
