I Am Diabetic & I Get A Lot Of Pain In My Calf Muscles

Pain in the back side of the legs ( Calf Muscles ) I am diabetic and i get a lot of pain in my calf muscles that is the back side of the legs. What could be the reason for the same? What could be the remedy for it ? The pain is almost through out the day.
