I Am Having Problem In Swallowing. Please Advise Me
I am aged 60+,am sugar patient & from last one month I am having wounds near toes,ankle and nearby areas of legs.also I am unable to take any diet because i am having problem in swallowing. please advise ?

Are u sure u r not able to swallow? r is it that u have lost your appetite? PLease donot ignore the wounds, it needs to be dressed regularly.
Your sugar needs to be under very good control. I advice u admission and treatment. U might be having other diabetes related issuses like uremia which might be reducing your appetite

Hi well come to HCM.
All diabetics are suppose to take good care of their foot. Suppose to avoid injury
in foot., should avoid wearing tight shoes, good cleaning of foot with good care beween
toes can use betadin or dettol etc to prevent infection keep the part aseptic.
For your present complain of wound and difficulty in swollowing must consult your
Doctor to find out the reason for it. Always good control of blood sugar is advisable.
