I Got Two Periods In One Month, What Could Be The Reason? I Have Been More Sexually Active Then Normal

I had a normal period about 10 days ago and I got it again yesterday its not a normal period this time the blood is dark and had a few clots yesterday. Today it is still dark but no blood clots...what could it be? I have been more sexually active then normal for the past month I also have been working out a lot and changing my diet .

The periods that you had is called as Intermenstrual bleeding... It is caused due to hormonal imbalalnce.. After few days the bleeding will get stopped,and periods will resume to normal.. not to worry much... If in case the bleeding continues then you need to get clinically evaluated...
