I Have An Air Bubble In My Left Upper Leg. What Can It Be ?

I have an air ball in my left upper leg what can it be ? between where the stomach meets the leg i have an air bubble, its soft and its about an inch and have no pain in it.

Is this swelling gets larger with a cough ? If yes it is most likely a hernia, but also could be other cysts. See a general surgeon. What ever the case it needs further evaluation.
