What causes pain in the lower part of my shoulder blade that radiates to the chest and hurts when taking a deep breath

Thanks for the query

It could be either the lung or the brachial plexus. I suggest u do a chest xray first and then go for MRI for the brachial plexus injury, for now u can give rest to that shoulder and also some snalgesics like aceclofenac with paracetamol to reduce the pain
