I Have Random Numbness And Blurry Vision. Is This Serious ?

I have random numbness and my vision gets blurry also images become suddenly darker at random. I have neck pain and shoulder however its moderate. if I put my hand on the back of my head i can feel it throb (dont know if thats normal or not) however my head does not hurt. Is this serious ?

The history suggests to be a problem in the blood flow in the vessels. Could happen even in cases of anxiety. Consult a Neurologist.
