Could be gingivitis. Take antibiotics after consulting an ENT surgeon.

Hi, please do not gargle after a trauma. Bleeding increases with gargling. Apply ice gently every few minutes over the area and leave it. Bleeding will stop on ice application. The purple discoloration will fade after a few days. You can apply Hexigel ointment or Metrogyl ointment for faster healing. Take care!
