ok so i don't know what to eat in this diet , i just want to lose all my belly fat thats it, nd im only 100pound nd hve not much, but i want a flat belly,what can i do?

To tell you about what exactly you must eat, we need a lot more detail about you- like- age, sex, geographical region, height & weight. But basically, to lose weight one has to decrease the total calorific content of food to a level equal or just lower than the calorie expenditure. Increase in the fibre content of food will ensure a decrease in the total calorific content of food without facing hunger. So eat more fruits & vegetables, which are the sources of fibre & decrease carbohydrate(sugars, carbonated/soft/cool/sweet drinks, potatoes) & fats(mutton, beef, pork, egg yolk, butter, cheese, oily/fried foods).
