Increasingly Gaining Weight, Have A Proper Diet And Exercise. Cause For Gaining Weight?
i ve stayed at 103-106 pounds for the past 2 years. i haven t grown any, i m 5 1, maybe 5 2. but i ve been gaining weight out of nowhere the past month. i just weighed myself and i m 111 pounds! i ve never been over 106. my diet or excersice or nothing has change. no sleeping pattern, nothing. i m not pregnant. why am i gaining weight and how do i stop it?!???!
Hi and thanks for the query,
Its interesting to monitor one s weight. A few issues must be considered when when monitors his or her weight. Differences in the instruments used in measuring one s weight could on its own give false differences in weight which do not actually exist. In case the increase is actually true, it might be difficult to ascertain whether the diet remains is same or not. An increase in a sedentary aspect of life despite some exercise could lead to weight gain. Consulting a dietician is worthwhile. Remember an increase in age on its own could normally be accompanied by an increase in weight.
Thanks and best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
