Infant Had A Painless Vaccination, Have Fever, Given Calpol. Why Is It Paining When It Is A Painless Injection?

Hii doctor.. today to my 1.5 months baby a painless vaccination is given.. bt after coming home he had 100 fever & also ws cryng coz of pain.. nw I hav given him calpol (3ml - 3 times a day)... is it right dose? Wat is diff between painless & painful vaccination? Why is it paining even it was painless? When paining wil stop?

welcome to hcg, every injection had got some pain like pinching a needle ,donnt worry vaccination at 1-5 month with dpt usually causes low grade fever along with pain which last for 1-2 days after that baby will be all right.
