Infant Has Sickness. Diarrhea, Green Snort, Foul Smell. What Is It?

my 10 month old son has had sickness and dhyaria since sunday at first his poo was like a green stringy n snotty like and smelt like rotten eggs but now its like pure water like hes having a wee from his bum but theres all white bits in it like a looks like a cream or sour milk and it happens every time he trumps too. do I need to be worried. thanks

Good evening
Yes you have to be worried because diarrhea can lead to dehydration which can lead to fatal complication.
You need to see doctor, mean while give the baby as much fluids as possible, if you have ORS( oral rehydration salts with zinc) the better. Continue breast feeding and if on formula milk continue but make sure the hygiene is well maintained(hand washing, feeding utensils are clean etc)
