Infant Taking Synthroid. Recent Blood Tests Shows The Dosage Should Be Increased. Does Re Testing In A Month Helps?

My almost four year old son has been taking synthroid his entire life. He takes 62.5mcg/day his most recent blood test showed a need to increase his dosage. I have not been able to reach my endocrinologist, it was my family doctor who called tonight to tell me know the results. I think she said I should use my .088mg tablets and re test in a month. Does that sound like I heard her correctly?
