Infant Teething, Uncontrllable Crying, Smell Of Ammonia In Stools. What Could This Be?

II have a 5 month old girl i realize she may be teething but for a week now shes had uncontrollable crying here and there and for the past few days her stools have smelled of ammonia . I called her pedi and the nurse said it was her urine and to keep an eye out for blood in stool . I just changed her and realized the smell of ammonia is not there when she urinates its there when she has a bowel movement .
