Infant With Vomiting And Ammonia Smelled Diarrhea With Gassy And Distended Stomach. Suggest Remedy

My 10 week old baby has been vomiting and had diarrhoea all day, I have noticed that the diarrhoea has a strong smell of ammonia. He also is very gassy and his abdomen is distended (feels like it is full of gas). No fever and appears well apart from the stomach discomfort. Is constantly wanting to nurse.
