Hi

Loose stools with blood is usually due to infection of the gut- most commonly bacterial in this age group and is called dysentery. Usually it presents with fever.

Please visit your doctor again.
Your doctor will assess hydration status of your child and will advise accordingly. She will need oral antibiotics for her dysentery.
Till then take care of her hydration- give her plenty of fluids- like plain water/ soups/ rice based porridge etc. Give her plenty of curd. Continue to breast feed her if she is on it. Avoid cow`s milk/ fruit juices for few days.

How ever there are other conditions that may present with blood in stools- like low platelet counts/ cow`s milk protein allergy etc.
A visit to your doctor is better and you can have stool analysis done.

Hope my answer helps you.
Wish a speedy recovery for your kid.
