Infant's Lips Darkening, No Dryness. What Is It?

Hi, my son, who is 6 months lips recently started to get a little dark. It's his top lip and its the part that touches the bottom lip. It's closer to each corner of his mouth. Not really in the middle. Could this be something that his bottle could do or paci? It kind of looks something like a chapped lip but his lips are not dry.

Hi, it appears to be the central cyanosis, may be due secondary to the cardiac problem, or may be some skin problem. Any how to be on safe side it is better to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and to exclude any cardiac involvement. Thank you.
