Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, the urinary problem with swollen tongue relates to different possible issues as
- kidney problems
- trace elements deficiencies, such as vitamin B12 or others
- systemic endocrine disturbances
- others.

I would like to evaluate the case with relevant investigations done for further guidelines.

Regards.

Take care.
