Injured Heel, Scabs And Wounds. Do I Need A Stitch?

Hi. I injured my right heel 6 months ago and have two small stab wound scars. I stepped on a broken hot tub filter and it stabbed my foot . Probably needed a stitch for one but they healed up. Now I have had an itchy bump appear above each one over the last two weeks. Itches a great deal and turns into a little blister . Anything to have looked at by my physician?
