Intense Pain In Penis Tip And While Urinating. UTI, Swab Test Negative. Cause For Swelling In Pelvic Lymph Node?
Problem started 4 days ago.
Woke up with intense pain at tip of penis. Sharp pain when peeing --- went to Dr same day and urine test came back negative for UT I and all related.... problem persist. I was given a swab test for STDs and all came negative. Also, I was given a cream in case it was a fungus.. hasn't relieved any symptoms after 4 days.. today I developed a swelling of the pelvic lymph node and the tip of penis looks irritated. I'm also developing a cough and sore throat which may be due to climate change but could be related to my occurring problem. Any suggestions and ideas are welcomed.

From the description it could be due to balonoposthitis that is inflammation of glans and prepuce.
Sitting in hot water tub with handful of salt added will definitely provide much needed relief.
Also apply mixtureof soframycin and betamethasone ointment
