General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is not possible for a dog bite wound to itch and pain for these long years. Probably it is a different skin manifestation at the site of dog bite.

You may consider using calamine lotion at the affected site for relief of itching. It is better to get it examined by a Dermatologist as it has been there for 11 years now.

I wish you quick recovery and good health.

Regards,
