Is Encephabol Effective In Improving Memory And Concentration?
I am 59+. I have a problem of day time sleeping. This is a very very old and chronic problem, prevailing right from my adolescent days. I get into sleep while reading very soon. Even before reading a paragraph, I slip into sleep. I feel cramps in hands and legs. I am hypertensive. Is it advisable to go for encephabol for improving memory and concentration. Does it have any affect on hypertension?

but it is known to cause sleep disturbances and muscle cramps.
it has no effect on hypertension.
