Is Herbalife A Safe Way For Weight Reduction?

I am a female 56 years age. I have TSH 8.5 and I am taking thyroxine 50mcg a day. I have elevated sugar 170 fasting and Hb1Ac is 7.00 I have high blood pressure 125/150. Heart enlargment. I am taking Glycerinorm M40 X2 a day. Envas 5 One a day.
I am 75kg and want to loose weight. Is herba life a safe way for weight reduction. I am afraid it suppresses hunger and what if I discontinue and any side effects? Pl.advise me.

Hello,
Considering the fact that herbal life is not FDA approved and having some mysteries regarding their side effects,I would advise you not to take it because it is very difficult to predict the side effects on you as you are having multiple problems like hypertension with diabetes with hypothyroidism.
It is better to resort to control your diet and do regular exercises.
