Is Trapic MF Effective In Stopping Periods?

I am 22 year old female , my due date of periods where 24 of sept but I have been getting spotting and brown discharge since 18 , from 27 moderate bleeding started , Dr gave me pause MF , I had consulted Dr on 1st Oct , I still have bleeding , another Dr has prescribed me trapic MF , will it be helpful for me ??
