Is Anti Rabies Vaccine Needed For Scratch In Hand By Unvaccinated Pet Dog Followed By Swelling And Slight Blood Marks?

my 3.4 yrs old daughter while playing with her pet who is 2 months old n not yet vaccinated got scratched with its nail on right hand couple of days ago . The place of the scratch got swollen with slight blood marks , we washed the place applied savlon n later on betadine oinment on it . my daughter is fine now n the puppy is normal till now. My question is what should i do shall I visit her Pediatrician for this , is there any anti rabies vaccine for kids which would help my kid from affect of dog bites n scratch in future.
