Is Anxiety Normal While Taking Avapro For Blood Pressure?

Hi I have had all the heart checks and all is well but I have been given avapro for blood pressure . I have bee having pulsing throughout my whole body before taking meds and now on meds. Doc says it s just anxiety But now I am so worried that the meds could be making it worse. They are only 75 mg avapro. Doc says that I have white coat syndrome and advises that I stay on meds Ben though my bp does read lower through day. It goes very high with anxiety at the surgery. What would be the best way it help my symptoms of anxiety. I am ok I know I can do everything but I do get so frustrated because every time I sit down to relax and I feel the pulsing so strong . I hope I am not being too silly about all this but it really does worry me. Thanks vivian

In case of anxiety disorder, either you can take low dose benzodiazepine on sos basis or can do relaxation exercise that would keep to calm in tense situation. You can try JPMR pr deep breathing exercise during these situation. It would help to control blood pressure under control. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
