Is Bilateral Pneumonia And Tuberculosis The Same ?

Hi, my son was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia , he is 6 yrs old. I need to know if this is the same as tuberculosis?

The possibility of Tubercular Bilateral Pneumonia at the age of 6 years is least . Most likely it could be nontubercular pneumonia .
